This issue may be caused by a stuck valve or a broken mainline. The first priority is to stop the water flow. In most cases, there is a main shut-off located before the valves—turn it to the right to close it. If you cannot locate the shut-off or are unable to turn it off, please contact us for assistance
There are several reasons a zone may not turn on. The most common cause is a faulty solenoid, but it could also be due to a damaged control wire or an issue with the timer. Sometimes, the zone may simply be switched off at the clock. Check your timer to ensure that the zone is programmed with run time and hasn’t been turned off.
There are several possible reasons for this. The clock is malfunctioning, a nick in a control wire, pump has "froze up" or as easy as the reclaimed water in your area is not available.
Dry, dead spots are one of the most common issues we see. While there can be several causes, the most frequent are clogged, misaligned, or broken sprinkler heads, an improper watering schedule, or faulty control valves. It’s a good practice to check your system each month to ensure the heads are clear of debris and not obstructed by grass.
